DIY Chalkboard Tags

I made these to label my DIY Baskets from Moving Boxes {for the nursery}. I love knowing what's in each box without endlessly looking! This project is super quick, easy, and {best of all} really inexpensive.

Supplies:
  • Small wooden tags {I found mine for $0.29/each at Michaels}
  • Chalkboard spray paint
  • Piece of chalk
  • Twine {check Lowe's}
  • Tape

Directions:
  • Spray paint each wooden tag and allow to dry {check your chalkboard paint for specific directions}.
  • Spray a second coat of chalkboard paint. Dry.
  • Rub chalk all over wooden tag to prime the surface. Wipe off.
  • Attach twine by tying or taping.
All done!

Now you can attach them as labels. I used tape to adhere them to the inside of my boxes.
