I was really sick with a bad cold the days leading up to the big gender reveal. This gave me a lot of time to plan out the nursery for either a boy or a girl. We already had a neutral rug, rocker, and crib selected and I wanted to accent the baby's gender through the crib skirt, curtains, and other accessories. I will share actual photos when it is all finished. In the meantime, here are some of the nursery's elements.

Herringbone Rug from Urban Outfitters
{Got lucky and scored this one on sale.}

Jenny Lind Crib by DaVinci from Amazon
{Sign up for Amazon Mom!}
{They sent me a 20% off coupon that let me get a discount on the crib.}

Mosaic Paisley Reversible Crib Skirt from Land of Nod
{Believe it or not, I still have wedding gift cards left over from 4 years ago.} {Land of Nod is owned by the same people as Crate and Barrel so I put one of the cards to good use and got this crib skirt.}

Round Tufted Storage Ottoman to go with the rocker from Target
{A gift from my mother-in-law}

Lulie Wallace Diamond Daffodil Fabric for the Roman Shade DIY
{Lulie is a fabulous artist from Charleston who went to our church.}
{She now has her paintings, textiles, fabric, and prints for sale online and at places like Anthropologie!}
